TDLR (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation) has requested input from those interested and/or impacted by the Barbery rules in Texas. They are currently conducting a rule review to determine if the rules should be re-adopted, revised or repealed.
If you are impacted by these rules or have an interest in barbery in the state of Texas, you are encouraged to review the Notice of Intent and Chapter 82 of the Texas Administrative Code. The deadline to submit comments is January 12, 2015. Comments may be submitted by email to erule.comments@tdlr.texas.gov.
